Removing Adware from Google Chrome

Ever get on facebook and see ads running down both sides of your home page? Sometimes inappropriate for children? This does happen and I want to show you how to remove the adware for Google Chrome users on their own. Believe it or not it just takes a few clicks and you are done.

Just 4 easy steps!

Step 1-Open up Google Chrome and click the little wrench icon at the top right side of your screen.

Step 2-After clicking the little wrench, a drop menu will pop up and from there you will click "Settings".

Step 3-The settings screen will now open and you will then click "Extensions" on the left side of your screen.

Step 4-Now all you have to do is remove what you suspect is the adware extension. Pictured here I do not have any adware in my extensions but most of the time it is something you do not recognize as anything you downloaded yourself. Do not be afraid to remove anything important because all of your extensions are simply add-ons that you have added to enhance your Google Chrome experience yourself. Removing all extensions will not hurt the explorer.

Now just close out of Google Chrome and re-open it and the if the adware is gone then you removed the right extension. Congratulations!
